| St Johns Wort 2000 Plus is a hypericum complex used for the relief of mild anxiety, stress and nervous tension. It also acts as a natural sedative. St Johns Wort has antibacterial activity which may help relieve cold and flu symptoms and aid wound healing. The magnesium helps to control symptoms associated with stress such as spasms and muscle cramps. Tyrosine and Glutamine assist with relaxation and mood. Tinnitus (ringing in the ears which can be associated with stress and tension) may be relieved by the Ginkgo biloba contained in St Johns Wort and may also help to maintain peripheral circulation. |
Dosage
| Adults | Take 1 tablet daily with a large glass of water. |
