Nizoral cream is used for the treatment of the following fungal infections:
Athletes Foot
Tinea
Ringworm and thrush infections of the skin
and in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitus which is caused by a yeast Malassezia Ovalis. The active ingredient in Nizoral Cream also interferes with androge synthesis so it may be effective to some extent in treating androgenetic related conditions like Androgenetic Alopecia.
Dosage
Use once daily for 2-4 weeks for most skin conditions until a few days after the disappearence of all symptoms
