Imodium Advanced provides fast and effective relief of diarrhea, within 1 to 3 hours. Imodium Advanced quickly treats the pain and discomfort caused by wind, including bloating, distension, cramping and flatulence.
Imodium Advanced contains two ingredients:- Loperamide hydrochloride works by normalising the muscle contractions of the intestine. This allows the bowel time to absorb water and produce a more solid stool.
- Simethicone disperses gas trapped in the stomach and bowel. This relieves stomach pain, discomfort, cramping, bloating and flatulence.
Imodium Advanced allows you to continue your planned daily activities with confidence. |
Dosage
| Adult dose: | Chew 2 tablets initially, followed by one tablet after each loose unformed stool as needed. Maxium of 4 chewable tablets per day. If diarrhoea persists beyond 48 hours see your doctor. |
