Mersyndol
(CONTAINS 9.75MG CODEINE, 450MG PARACETAMOL AND 5MG DOXYLAMINE SUCCINATE)
 

Mersyndol is an extra strong pain relief medication combined with an analgesic calmative agent to help sooth away strong pain and aid relaxation. Mersyndol contains three active ingredients codeine, paracetamol and doxylamine succinate. The calmative properties of mersyndol maybe especially useful in the treatment of migraines and tension headaches. Mersyndol is also an antipyretic that helps reduce or quell fevers.

Mersyndol is available in packs of 20. Each tablet contains 9.75mg of codeine, 450mg of paracetamol and 5mg of doxylamine succinate. Mersyndol is also a suitable alternative for those individuals who cannot tolerate aspirin. Mersyndol brings fast, effective temporary relief of strong pain and discomfort associated with tension headaches, migraines, back pain, fever, muscular aches and pains, neuralgia, pain associated with trauma or surgery.

Mersyndol is a pharmacy only medicine and sold only at the discretion of the pharmacist. If you are requesting mersyndol you may be asked to provide details of your medical condition. You may also be asked to provide details of previous medications you may have been using. We reserve the right to decline sales where we believe the drug is being used in-appropriately.

Dosage

Adults1 or 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do NOT exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours
Children over 12 years of age1 or 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do NOT exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours
Children under 12 years of ageMERSYNDOL is NOT suitable for children under 12 years of age except under medical supervision
