Today, saw palmetto is recognised as a natural way to help relieve the symptoms of medically diagnosed prostate enlargement (BPH), and is used to assist in the management of this condition. Prostate enlargement is a common problem for older men, and can lead to difficulty with urination. Symptoms of prostate enlargement (also known as benign prostatic hypertrophy, or BPH) include frequent and hesitant urination, urinary dribbling, and frequent nighttime urination. This formula is also designed to support cardiovascular health, and improves immune function. |
