Telnase is a non drowsy, once-a-day nasal spray that offers 24-hour relief from the symptoms of hayfever (season allergic rhinitis) and perennial allergic rhinitis. Both conditions are typified by symptoms such as sneezing, an itchy and runny nose, or by a blocked nose. The difference is that while hayfever is seasonal, perennial allergic rhinitis can be triggered by dust mites or pet hairs that are encountered all year round in some environments. The active ingredient in Telnase is triamcinolone acetonide, which is a corticosteroid, and each bottle of Telnase contains 120 sprays with each spray delivering 55mcg of triamcinolone acetonide.

Do not use Telnase if you are allergic to any of its ingredients or have an infection in the nose. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist before using Telnase if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant, are breastfeeding, have a nasal or sinus infection, have recently had nasal ulcers, injury or surgery to your nose, are taking other medications, have asthma or are currently taking asthma medication.
