Active ingredient: Fluconazole 150mg The Flucazole 150 capsule is the generic of Diflucan One. The Flucazole 150 capsule is used for the treatment of vaginal thrush and is a single dose treatment taken orally. It works by preventing the growth of fungal and yeast organisms. After taking Flucazole 150, you should notice an improvement in your symptoms within a day or two. Consult your doctor if you are no better in three days.

Always use strictly as directed.
Possible side effects are headaches, stomach and bowel discomfort.
If symptoms persist, or you have side effects, consult your healthcare professional.

Do not use Flucazole 150:

If you are pregnant, suspect you might be pregnant, or are trying to become pregnant, or are breast feeding.
If you are allergic to any of the ingredients in Flucazole 150 or other thrush treatments such as miconazole, clotrimazole, or ketoconazole.
Do not take if you are taking cisapride (a medicine to treat stomach problems).

Do not use Flucazole 150 unless you have spoken to your doctor or pharmacist:

If you are taking any medicine. Some medicines and Flucazole 150 may interfere with each other. These include phenytoin, warfarin and oral hypoglcaemics (oral glycaemics are medicines to treat diabetes). Tell your doctor or pharmacist before using Flucazole 150 if you are using warfarin, as bleeding or bruising may occur.
If you are unsure about the cause of your symptoms.
If you have had thrush more than twice in the last six months.
If you have any disease or illness affecting your liver or kidneys or have had unexplained jaundice.
If you have had heart problems.
If you or your partner have had exposure to a sexually transmitted disease.
If you have vulval or vaginal sores, ulcers, or blisters.
If you are experiencing lower abdominal pain or burning on passing urine.
