Berocca Performance is a vitamin supplement that is taken daily so that you can make the most of every day. Berocca Performance features a specific combination of B group vitamins and vitamin C, and these are enhanced by calcium, magnesium and zinc. These components work in unison to assist your body to release the maximum amount of energy stored in the food that you eat. If your diet is inadequate then Berocca Performance can help to redress this imbalance by providing more of the vitamin B and vitamin C that your body needs to increase its daily energy level. This product can help to offset the feeling of tiredness and fatigue brought on by today’s hectic lifestyle. Berocca Performance is available in both tablet and effervescent forms with three flavours of effervescent available those being tropical, orange and original.

Dosage

Aged 12 to adult	Recommended dose is one tablet per day swallowed with water, or as directed by your doctor.
	Recommended dose for effervescents is one tablet per day disolved in a glass of water, or as directed by your doctor.

Caution

Each tablet of Berocca Performance contains: Thiamine nitrate (Vit. B1) 15mg, Riboflavine (Vit. B2) 15mg, Nicotinamide (Vit. B3) 50mg, Pantothenic acid (Vit. B5) (as calcium pantothenate) 23mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vit. B6) 10mg, Cyanocobalamin (Vit. B12) 10mcg, Ascorbic Acid (Vit. C) 500mg, Biotin (Vit. H) 150mcg, Folic acid 400mcg, Calcium (as calcium carbonate and calcium pantothenate) 100mg, Magnesium (as magnesium carbonate and magnesium oxide) 100mg, Zinc (as zinc citrate trihydrate) 10mg

Berocca Performance does not contain caffeine. Berocca Performance contains lactose.

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. These tablets are not effervescent so they will not dissolve in water.
