Dosage
| Morning: | take one Downsize RED day capsule before breakfast with a large glass of water. Consume a normal breakfast, taking care to avoid foods with a high fat or sugar content. |
| Lunchtime: | take one Downsize RED day capsule with a large glass of water about an hour after lunch. You may then find a reduced desire to snack during the afternoon which is a normal, healthy occurance. |
| Evening: | take one Downsize BLUE night capsule with a large glass of water before you go to bed. The Downsize night capsule is designed to support a healthy sleep pattern. |
