NUROFEN COLD and FLU tablets are formulated to combine effective decongestant (Pseudoephedrine HCI) together with the proven pain relief of Nurofen (Ibuprofen). Each tablet in NUROFEN COLD and FLU contains ibuprofen 200mg and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 30mg. There are 36 tablets in a box. NUROFEN COLD and FLU provides fast relief from the following symptoms:
Headache Fever
Blocked Nose and Sinuses
Aches and Pains
Sore Throat |
Dosage
| Adults | Initial dose of 2 tablets taken with water then if necessary 1 or 2 tablets every 4 hours. Do not exceed 6 tablets daily. |
| Children over 12 years of age | Initial dose of 2 tablets taken with water then if necessary 1 or 2 tablets every 4 hours. Do not exceed 6 tablets daily. |
| Children under 12 years of age | NUROFEN COLD and FLU is NOT suitable for children under 12 years of age |

Caution
If symptoms persist for more than 3 days, please consult your doctor, and if you are receiving regular medical treatment, please consult your doctor before taking this medication. NUROFEN COLD and FLU contains ibuprofen which is gentler on the stomach that aspirin. However, NUROFEN COLD and FLU should not be taken if you have a stomach ulcer or other stomach disorder. Elderly people who suffer from some kind of kidney disorder, asthma sufferers, anyone allergic to aspirin and pregnant women should only take this medication after consulting their doctor. Hypertensive patients and those on anti-depressant therapy should consult their doctor before taking NUROFEN COLD and FLU.
