Ordering Help
There are several ways in which you can place an order with us. The information in this document may answer any questions you have. This document is arranged in sections that are easy to follow, however if you do have any questions please let us know at: info@onlinepharmacy.co.nz
Payment Types
For your convenience we accept a wide variety of payment types. We take all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Dinners Club. We also accept international money orders; please remember when procuring these to make sure they are international money orders and not just negotiable in your own country.
We take both personal and company cheques. On receipt of these we have to wait for them to clear before we are able to dispatch your goods. For large orders we can arrange a direct credit transfer. We are able to receive Western Union money transfers. Please remember when arranging for this type of payment to e-mail us and get all our details (use the e-mail address above).
Ordering Online
Our site incorporates an easy to use shopping cart system. To add items to your shopping cart use the 'add to cart' button located on the right hand side of the pricing information found at the bottom of each products information page. The shopping cart screen will open allowing you to view and change both your order and your delivery type. Once your order is completed use the 'check out' link to take you through to our order form. Please remember that in order to use the shopping cart properly 'cookies' must be enabled on your web browser. The default setting for 'cookies' is always enabled so unless you have specifically disabled them the shopping cart will work fine. Once you have used the 'check out' link to open the order form simply fill out your details in the boxes provided. There are a series of mandatory fields which means you must enter information into these boxes as we need this to help process and dispatch your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. You can identify these fields as they all have the '*' sign next to them. Once you've completed all the mandatory fields and any of the optional ones, use the 'submit' button at the bottom of the order form.
If you wish to order a product that is not currently listed on our web page use the 'custom order' link at the top of any of our web pages. Doing so will take you straight through to our order form where you can enter your product requirements and details as explained in the paragraph above. Before using the 'custom order' form it is important that you check with us for price and availability of the product you require before trying to order. When using this method of ordering you must manually enter the product you wish to purchase in the 'Other Products' field provided and use the 'Quantity' field on the right of it for the amount. At the bottom of the form you will notice that you can change your delivery method, either courier delivery or priority international airmail.
Please note that unless other wise instructed all parcels will be shipped priority international airmail. For more information on delivery types and delivery times see our shipping information. Lastly you can use the 'comments' box on the order form to pass across any further information that maybe needed or for any further queries.
If you experience any problems using the order form, either clear the form and start over with the 'clear form' button at the bottom of the page or if your order was submitted and declined use the 'back' button on your web browser to check the details. Make sure that all mandatory fields have been filled in and that a product has been selected or the 'other products' box has your order requirements entered. Our web site is designed to be viewed at screen resolution 800x640 if you are currently using a smaller resolution please remember that you will have to navigate around the order form using the horizontal and vertical scroll bars. Faxed Orders
To order by fax send your details through to +64 34770049 (this is a New Zealand number), please remember to include your order requirements, your payment details, your e-mail address and most importantly your return shipping address. Upon receipt of your order we will e-mail you with confirmation of dispatch.
Postal Orders
We are happy to receive orders via the post, please address all such orders to PO Box 6104, Dunedin, New Zealand; this is our regular international mailing address. As with faxed orders, remember to include your order requirements, your payment details, your e-mail address and most importantly your return shipping address. Please see 'Payment Types' above for the various sorts of payment types we accept with postal orders. Upon receipt of your order we will e-mail you with confirmation of dispatch.
