The default method of delivery is priority international airmail. Your order is automatically shipping via this method unless you specify courier delivery (see below for more details). The price for priority international airmail is included with the product price quoted on the web page. Your order will be shipped to you within 12 to 24 hours of receipt.

Delivery to the USA and the Pacific Rim is generally within 10 - 12 working days and 15 - 21 working days to the rest of the world from the date of dispatch. Please remember that there are several factors that can elongate delivery times slightly, statutory vacations, elections and industrial action on the part of the mail service being but three. Unfortunately we have no control over mail service problems and delays, much as we may wish otherwise.

We do however have a remarkable success rate for getting your goods through on time and we are always available to answer any questions or queries you may have about airmail.

An alternative method of delivery is our courier service, which arrives faster than airmail. Our couriers are the New Zealand postal service and they guarantee to deliver your goods within 5 working days of dispatch if you are located within either the USA or Europe. You will also receive a unique tracking number that allows you to track your goods in real time while in transit via the web. Shipping via the courier, as you would expect, does incur an additional expense. Typically this charge is $25 US (approx $50 NZ) for up to a 500gram (17.5oz) parcel, $30 US (approx $60 NZ) for up to 1 Kilogram (2.2 pounds) parcel and $35 US (approx $70 NZ) for up to 1.5 Kilogram (3.3 pounds) parcel. We do need a contact telephone number for this means of shipping and a signature will be required on delivery.
