It is a non-addictive herbal formulation to promote relaxation and restful sleep, a critical part of your overall wellbeing. Healtheries Easy Sleep helps in getting to sleep and staying asleep, with no after effects to impact on your performance the following day.

Directions for Use

Adults: take 1 tablet daily 1 hour before resting. If no benefits gained, increase dose to 2 tablets daily for one week, then reduce to original dose.

Warnings and Cautions

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid during pregnancy, breast feeding or lactation. Avoid if suffering from clinical depression. Store below 30 degrees Celsius in a cool, dry place.
